What is the average monthly rent for the villas?
The villas are all owned independently, and not by Peponi Property Management Ltd. We are the intermediary between various stakeholders acting as a single point of contact between the landlord and the tenant. The rents within the portfolio range from $3500 and up.
Are there additional charges?
Yes. Monthly maintenance is payable along with rent, either $500/pm or 10% of rent, whichever is greater.
What does the Monthly Maintenance charges cover?
Gate security, electric fence, panic buttons (where applicable), garbage collection, water, common area lighting, use and maintenance of swimming pool and guest entertainment areas (where applicable), use and maintenance of the gym (where applicable), general Landscaping, daily cleaning of common areas, on-call electrician, plumber, and carpenter for basic troubleshooting and repair, the use, servicing, and maintenance of back up generator and other critical components to ensure the high standard of living we offer.
What's the minimum lease period?
For newly appointed tenants, a minimum of two year lease is required. We can extend our flexibility for tenants who've been with us longer, and may be able to offer a shorter minimum.
When and how to I make a reservation?
Once you have found your liking and have an approved budget from your institution (if paid for by your employer), you can make a reservation with a one month security deposit
What is the security deposit for?
For reserving the home for you, and to ensure the landlord, that the tenant will not destroy their property. The security deposit is refunded back to the tenant upon departure, once all costs for renovation and damage control have been cleared after their exit.
Do you have a swimming pool?
Most of our developments have a common pool, with a fully gated club house/area for private gatherings or an odd weekend bbq with friends or family.
What are your payment terms?
Minimum of 12 months in advance.
